So far, I've been here approx 14 months, it has been good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
understand the ins and outs of corrections

Social, willing to look at different alternatives.

Social, invested, work together to accomplish goals
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better definition of roles and responsibilities.

familiar with lay out and day to day operations

chance to make a difference

I enjoy interactions with patients and opportunities to use my education to it's fullest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a pay cut to come work at this facility--came because husband's job moved us to area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My years of licensure are discounted--the pay scale tops out at 10 years, I have 4 times that and am not offered an increase above the standard scale. When I transferred over to management, I actually took a pay cut.........
