I like working with the youth we serve. However, days can be hectic and workloads are too heavy, it stifles creative problem solving and makes us less effective at serving the youth.

We communicate and care about each other as people.

I am not sure what you mean by leadership team but my manager seems to truly care about me as a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think I am compensated enough for work done. The health benefits are expensive and don't cover a whole lot. According to salary. com, CEO made $11,836,480 in total in 2021.$1,085,156 was salary, $2,292,565 was a bonus. GEO can afford to pay employees more have better health benefits.
