Considering it's a prison, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their cohesiveness. They are egarness to teach you the ropes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Training was awesome. The assistant warden isn't welcoming nor friendly. She acknowledges that fact. She is rude and doesn't to not even acknowledge you when you wish her a good morning. Some people's titles go to their heads and forget how they, too, once started from the bottom.
