I have been there less than 3 months but I have found it to be a great environment. For the most part everyone I have had to work with or interact with has been helpful and eager to help me improve or learn my job duties.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free medical and pay is better than most other facilities in the same field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team work, we all help each other regardless on how busy it can get at times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor takes the time to train and educate. I can't say that about all supervisors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are a team. In our department, we share a common goal and look out for each other. We learn from one other because we share knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment and my coworkers. It's a professional environment and the people I interact with while on shift are respectful and have the same goals as I do.
