The traing is well rounded. They could spend more time on defensive tacktics to better prepare new employees for the environment. They would decrease the turnover rate by increasing the defensive tacktic training, increasing hourly pay, and decreasing the amount employee pays for health ins.

The hourly pay is a bit low but with the overtime allowed it makes it better.

Making a difference in the lives of some. Being a positive influence for those around me.

They are up front about their expectations of staff from day one. They answer your questions quickly and truthfuly, and offer the help you need to the best of their ability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know i can count on most of them to help when needed. The reason i say most is there are a few that are not dependable to show up for their shift.
