I like working with the Reentry population, and I have been working with this population for a very long time. However, in my current role at my work site My supervisor is always unprofessional always yelling at staff and clients.

seeing the client succeed after they have completed their groups or budgeting.

It Cultivates an environment of teamwork by building trust and rapport. and also allows me to be myself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The sign on bonus that is given every three months for working with the company for a year.
