I know that I am helping the residents, as I truly care and that is were my passion is.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need the correct TRAIING AND GUIDANCE, AND EMPOWERMENT, ENCOURAGEMENT, PRAISE WHEN THEY DO GOOD, AND WORK EXTRA, AND WHEN THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR DUTIES.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Need more training, work ethics, management needs to step up and help and be more of a role model and work with the employees in all areas to see what is going on in their facility. To see what the problems are, what they can improve on and keep employees and raise moral.
