The work environment. I've worked for over 40 yrs and this is by far the best company I've worked for!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very upbeat and positive which makes for an awesome work environment. They are also very helpful when I have questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are positive, interested in what we are dealing with and they give us boundaries but then leave us to work on a daily basis the way we do best, based on our personality type.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The thing that drew me to BI was the number of paid holidays. Now I'm under GEO and am happy they are the same. I also like the medical benefits and long and short term disability as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management. It comes from the top and trickles down which makes the employees positive. I was transferred from another dept- it was completely opposite. The upper mgmt never hardly spoke to me, my coworkers were very negative and there was a lot of gossip and micro-managing by a specific coworker
