Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the rapport and being relatable is important to get through to the participants. The population we serve is very difficult to reach and challenging at times. As an employee being appreciated, staying healthy, work life balance, and well compensated is important to maintain a good team.
