Being more positive about the work enviroment with respesting each other and focus on the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that more understanding everyone is different is important and needed and substaining a positive ans productive work enviorment is important by staffing the right amount od people needed to do the shift. Pay could be a little hirer like 2 dollars moee or a raise 6 month raise increase
