What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with the residents in setting and achieving their goals. My hope is to reach those who are returning back to society and provide the right resources and support to make the transition home more successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a case manager we have a vital role in working with our residents, leading them through their transition, and providing guidance to avoid the risk of recidivism. That requires us to use both professional and educational experience to provide interventions and therapeutic resources to achieve goal
