I wish there were more opportunities for clinical advancement. A on-site supervisor that can supervise those of us completing internships or interested in pursuing licensure including the CADC will be extremely beneficial.

My caseload and office mates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the times, staff stick together and have each other's back.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe some of my coworkers and unprofessional and disrespectful towards residents and other staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we do not get paid enough for the population we work with. Better pay and better benefits will lead to a more positive work environment and employee retention.
