Everybody is very friendly and they are helpful if I have any doubts or questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping people especially when I can speak to them in their native language.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am a relatively new employee and my PM and all of my coworkers have been extremelyhelpful, patient and supportive with me and have made me feel welcome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The area where I live is incredibly expensive and I am living paycheck to paycheck. I feel that the work that we do is vital to the community and I would like my pay to reflect that. I really enjoy my job and I like what we do here, but I feel like I have trouble making ends meet.
