I am 3 weeks into employment everything has been good. All employees and management have been professional, nice, have offered to help and make you feel welcomed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has been professional, friendly and offered to help with any questions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far managers have been professional, make the new employees feel welcomed and have tried to help with any questions or issues an employee might have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure i am only 3 weeks into employment. Only issue is having to wait a year to have any paid time off. 6 months seems reasonable but lots of things happen within a year especially if an employee has children.
