overall majority of the staff are very welcoming.

I feel they are approachable.

I really want to make sure , I am available for the clients to happy them be successful
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Rutz behavior is very overwhelming and her behavior towards staff and residents are unprofessional. She walks around bragging how people don't get a long with her and she is not doing anything to change her behavior. She yells and is very harsh and no one should have to feel like they need to avoid
