They own up to and learn from mistakes. They don't just brush them under the rug.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For medical you don't have to wait 90 days. Plus there are many options that a lot of other companies don't even consider offering.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work together as a real team. Nobody is trying to be the know it all. They share knowledge to help us all be more efficient.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working with them and learning new things, but it is also nice when I can share my own experiences to help them be more efficient.
