So far do good, I've been with the company for about a month now....

They are engaging and genuine
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning a new system/operation and getting to know my new coworker
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team has good communication and overall a good vibe to it.....We all get along and support each other....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a salary employee, I don't get paid overtime and more often than not, I work for free....Currently working 12 hour days, but end up working more than that each day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
In the few weeks that i have been on board, i've noticed that there is very little accountability of some employees....Most of the employee issues would be minimized if more of them to include some supervisor would be held accountable for their action and/or lack there of, in my humble opinion.....
