They have no professionalism and do things to manipulate others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everything is with staff higher than my immediate supervisor. There is no support, there is no acknowledgement, there is no accountability, people are allowed to do what ever they want with no consequences.
