Expectations are clear. Everyone is treated respectfully including those we serve. I enjoy coming to work each day. Everyone has been welcoming and encouraging.

The dignity and respect that those we serve are treated with is paramount to the culture of this workplace. That makes me feel so good about what we do. I know that we are making a difference for them in the time they are entrusted to our care.
