The company, despite its claims, doesn't care about employees that are educated. They only seem to have a vested interest in harboring and protecting problem children employees that never show up and don't care about the job. Real mistakes are usually buried by management, as to retain incompetence.

Actually listening to problems and addressing them. Not bury them.
Substantially increased salary compensation for the level of education I've already achieved.
Low salary wages for those that have achieved numerous higher Ed. degrees. No orthodontic coverage for adults.
Honest, morally upright team. My direct supervisory team actually cares about our wellbeing, without coming across as fake.
Fire the problem children. Stop retaining and protecting them from termination while those that care ultimately quit out of frustration.
Higher compensation, specifically for those that hold higher education degrees. Insurance rates that didn't break the bank. Orthodontic coverage for adults.
