They seem like good people even though some of them seem less than professional and what I mean by that is there is to much swearing and sarcasm for my liking.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Considering the environment and the risks involved a job at some retail jobs would pay more with fewer risks. Insurance is to expensive here and completely negates the $4.71 medical pay and then some so I'm making $16.20 hr vs $17.

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
