They all are nice, and everybody tries to help every one
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staff talk to employees with RESPECT we came to WORK we are not there because we are in trouble , majority of staff is nasty
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I literally worked there for 1 week , officer Cummings is the WORST officer on the compound he's rude, he talks to employees like they are inmates, and you can just tell he doesn't dare to be there i quit because i was thrown too over night and im a single mother of 2 infants, staff isnt considerate
