In my time at this company I have sought other employment and considered simply quitting without notice numerous times.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Time management, employee relations, clarity of mission/goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Time management, critical thinking and overall work ethic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I currently work multiple positions and am compensated for one position. This is an ongoing issue at my place of employment as the last person in my positions was compensated in the same manner.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to be more focused on the mission of the organization instead of profit. The organization needs to make my specific location more appealing to work at in order to gain/retain staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The overall culture of my workplace is one of distrust and employee time abuse. The constant call ins and lack of overall schedule stability drives employees away and burns others out. This continuously leads to remaining staff being more stretched for time and more stressed.
