Mentally and physically draining after 12.5 hours 5 days a week, no work life balance which in my opinion the company doesnt seem to care about.

The hourly pay is acceptable

Being more interactive with employees other than disciplanary issues

On focusing on being apart of a team, making new employees welcomed, treating other coworkers better

The hours 12.5 5 days a week burns you out, a shorter work and better attendance policy
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better hours theres no work life balance, you work 12.5 hours go home sleep and return. Many employees are burnt out. Seems like the company doesnt care
