There attitude can improve so much and how they talk to people

I had to leave the job due to scheduling changes and never got called back to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop hiring people for a shift they want then changing there whole schedule on the first day of work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Scheduling, hours and attitude oh and if you get hired for day shift then keep them on day shift
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hiring people that actually want to work for this company and not people who just work there for a paycheck
