Everyone's work ethic is what make me happy to show up daily, everyone come ready to do their job and they are friendly and concerned about more than themselves. I am grateful to be a part of a healthy workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a Diverse culture, everyone is respectful and understanding of the other. Its a melting pot of beautiful people with one common goal and that is to help shape and guide our participants into a better way of living, with better choices.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are considerate, polite and kind, very helpful and welcoming. I really haven't seen this in a while. Everyone is willing to assist you in anyway possible. I feel apart of a family, and is why operation runs smoothly. Upper management appreciates you, not only in words but deeps, and perks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone's genuine concern for the overall goal, that we are trying to reach, and the fact that You feel a part of a winning team. I have been in the field for 20 years and have seen a lot, but overall this has got to be the most rewarding. Everyone seem to care for the Participants.
