It pays the bills. Advancing to higher positions required a 30% in invome. Benefits are expensive the state pays 2$ less per hour but has cheaper benefits and cones with retirement. I cant afford to work at geo with my large family

I can personally speak with them about issues
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better morale in the workplace. Better communication with eachother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less income as a supervisor than the staff i supervise
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hiring quality staff and compensating staff based on the quality of work provided.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need people to care and be held accountable for thier behaviors. Too many groups of individuals create clicks or show favoritisms.
