I did not encounter any
Professionalism. Don't argue with each other in front of the residents.
Professionalism as I have said over and over. That place is terrible.
A professional atmosphere. I felt like it was a dangerous atmosphere. The monitors are never around. If something was to happen it would already be done before they get there.
Ms.Tillman is very professional. Also the CEO and a select few. Other than that that building is the most unprofessional and dangerous .atmosphere. Employees arguing in front of residents. Showing favoritism and outright discussing employee business with residents. That building is terrible.
