The officers are just rude to each other for no reason there isnt a need in it

Better mangement they are the problem i cant do my job if my sargents wont help me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being a superviser in general they do not have the backs of the officers in the housing units the other day i asked for help in a housing unit regarding a offender i was insulted by my sargent and they didnt help me
