Communication, team work, organizational skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a degree in the field and I get paid fairly low.
What makes you most happy at work?
My time engaging and helping the participants learn new things about themselves. Brainstorming concepts to improve their deviant behaviors.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More involvement in trainings for new staff and a schedule that can rotate employees. The same employees are allowed to always get weekends off leaving others with less time spent with family.
