My team has decent communication. We are all still learning to work with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like with my experience and education I should be making more than $20/hr.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work with at risk juveniles and do work that I am passionate about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they treat us as equals and not people under them. My lead and program manager both talk to us with respect and do not use intimidation. Ramos is the best!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment here is my program manager, Ramos, makes me feel like I matter and that I am more than capable of being successful in my career.
