In the beginning, everything was messed up but now it is slowly getting better.

I would say, staying in other countries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works to get the missions done. One way or another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well with each other and know what we are doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the beginning every one was lost, management did not know what they were doing, we the employees took lead. This is what I liked about the leadership team, they stepped aside and let us, the employees do our work and the missions got done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The original pay on the website was something like $28.00, we are only getting paid $21.22, what happened to the rest? I am also having problems with no medical for my kids and have not been able to set my direct deposit. Things like that have me frustrated.
