What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very involved and communicative. I can tell they truly love their jobs as well as their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely believe our HR department is underpaid. I relocated to this area for family and I made $10 more an hour in my previous HR position than I make here. I highly recommend reevaluating the budget, and approving a healthy pay increase. Pay genuinely goes a long way.
