Been employed since 07/2023 and have since accepted a new position with GEO in Secure Care where I have experience. The company has made me feel valuable in my experience and would not want to lose me as a member of the GEO team.

Everyone is soft spoken and looks out for each other. relaxed atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued but i do believe that the pay at my program specifically may be a cause of the lack of retention.
