It has been great, because I have great initiative to work hard even without training.

I like the intensive training, and the support that they have given me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I make my environment positive with my spirit. I ask questions and I smile everyday rather it kills me or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a job that is not about throwing bodies in open roles. This company takes it time on who they need to hire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would make me feel better if I was and exempt employee with a higher salary. The years of experience and my positive attitude about everything. I should be making more money for the job description.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is they are friendly, and they are supportive. I love the training, because many companies do not train you at all. I feel GEO is setting me up for success.
