We need more staff like one officer should be up all time and other staff will monitor down area for the safety of offenders

My job keeps me busy all through the shift. Activities packed. Not monotonous.

Getting paid after working for 2weeks at least will pay my bills not depending on government
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The physical and psychological risk attached to the Correctional job is undervalued. Workers should be more compensated.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Attendance like we are getting good pay.let it be 12hours shift not at times we do 13hours because G1 key are few and most of the key are not working good enough
