Better guidelines as to what the tasks are that need to be completed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Orientation! Not very organized , tasks not accomplished in a timely fashion . Limited orientation to the actual job - very little communication between mgr and department. Not an actual job guidine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The nurses should be given a salary based on years of experience as a nursex. Not just one pay amount bevause ypu are a nurse . New grads are making sane amount as a nurse with 20 yrs experience
