What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that we have each others' back, even if we don't necessarily like someone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We depend on each other for pretty much every aspect of our duties and responsibilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly pay is awesome, making the overtime pay even more awesome. The insurance is great; I even have insurance for my dog. I have no complaints.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity for growth. Turnover is always a possibility due to the nature of our jobs but growth is there if you want it and apply yourself accordingly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I, personally, have not been part of a leadership team in this type of environment. Military, yes. Corrections, no. You will never be able to please everyone but the facility I work at...I feel they truly care and have a vested interest in my success.
