Slightly understaffed, most staff seem positive, happy and friendly with one another. Several changes are required to improve the overall safety and flow of incoming and outgoing detainees, but those suggestions will be provided to admin for their consideration soon.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Wide variety of cultures and personalities. All seem to be friends. Better than average comradery.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide quality equipment required for this line of work. Much better than some organizations I've worked in the past.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's changing soon, but the variety of insurance options offered, plus lower rates due to GEOs large group size is a plus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have only worked with 1/2 of them at this point, but every one so far has taken their job seriously and was doing their best. Can't ask for more than that!
