The efficency and the knowledge they all possess. The communication and the fundimental understanding of what to do in ever situation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we have been around each other long enough to understand our needed work areas. As well as how we are determined to make our superiors and client happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise would be very beneficial especially at how we operate in the south Texas area. We were also told we were one of the most coherent site out of all. I believe even a dollar would make a huge difference and increase the longevity of every worker. It would mean the world to us.
