Im a fast learner and this is a fast paced training emvironment so my experience has been baducally getting past the unknown variables and feeling at ease with my expectations .. but I was able to learn through real time situations which, for me, works the best. im happy with my job so far

The cultural and personality diversity actually balances the environment and its a very interesting place - people smile and seem comfortable being there

Being able to orivude for my family the coverage they need in our area to be healthy and choose preventative measures plus my pay rate enabkes my family ti thrive and save -which is not easy these days - The benefits offered by GEO have become a rare thing in society -i feel vslued as an employee.
