My overall experience is a very positive one. I have an excellent manager, great co-workers, and I have even enjoyed much of the online trainings. The in-person trainers are wonderful as well.

The environment and my co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is my relationship with other staff members, and seeing the participants every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team exemplifies patience, understanding, expertise, and a high expectation for excellence. I thoroughly enjoy coming to work every day!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family. Everyone is kind, helpful, and considerate. We are a TRUE team. No one is "too important" to do any job that needs doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a college degree and only make $1.50 more than someone makes working at a fast food restaurant. I love my job, but I just wish I was being paid a living wage. The sign-on bonus was a definite plus until I found out that it is taxed at 40%.
