What are some of the best things about your team?

They are super supportive and instructive. They help me learn and grow. With them I think I could stay here a million years. If not for the Manager. Who in contrast is reprehensible.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Im not sorry to say this but, First they could make my Manager watch themself on camera and see how mean and cruel they are and how that contrasts to participants' treatment. They were so nice in the interview. What happened. Also, More ART THE WALLS ARE TOO WHITE

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We deal with a lot of sensitive information and get paid poorly. The sick and vacation time are combined which should be illegal--literally is in half the world. This job will burn you out, there needs to be more vacation time. Even if it means hiring more people. And its not a money issue its greed

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Empathy and Tone of voice. I'm treated worse than the participants and it feels inhumane. I'm yelled at publicly and in front of others. My presence is an after thought and treated as a nuisance. If I make a small fixable mistake the world has ended, and I will be yelled at. Its as though I'm a temp

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The job provides nothing positive except what fellow employees make positive at it. Geo has done nothing to add to the culture in a positive way other than its mandatory to take my PTO. But even that can cause us to be shafted. How can I take a week vacation in summer in case of being sick in winter
