The money is good but not great and doing a needed service

They are probably trying to make money but failing in there effort with the dmployee to do so
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the job i do and not having a raise in over 3 years according to other employees. Plus the hours you must do for this job with no consideration toward the employee home life the company is missing the boat.
