What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are the best part.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is sheer boredom and no ethics from employees. Nothing to do and nothing to promote growth.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I have no idea. The place is just awful with correctional officers nearly as bad as the inmates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone has made it clear they will do only the bare minimum and are only there for the pay check.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is a thin blue line. Everyone just wants to cover their own assets and not work. Never saw a single employee follow the regulations and policies. Leadership appears to approve.
