For everytbhjng that we have to so we are not compensated fairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no structure, the pther officers are extremly rude and there is no team enviroment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are extremly rude & have excessive power trips. Not wvwryone picks up things quickly & some due to heqlth issues have to work at a slower pace.
