I have been with GEO for 7 years, I left once for a very brief time and quickly realized just how amazing GEO is. I am confident that I will promote with this company again, and I will retire from this amazing organization.

Their door is always open. They never appear to be too busy to offer guidance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We will do whatever it takes to make sure we, as a team, are successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, everyone gets along and there is little gossip in my department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want to make it clear that leadership here does NOT make me feel undervalued. It is just the opposite. I have NEVER worked anywhere that makes me feel as appreciated as GEO does. I work here because I know I make a difference. My salary does not match my responsibilities or my passion for my job.
