Management can be trained more on being positive leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with the participants daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is all over the place. No follow-through or direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No support for employees who feel overwhelmed with their caseloads, and no overtime is available even though they are never fully staffed.
