Overall I like it. I find that there are opportunities/need for development and increased communication skills training for some of the managers.

The leadership team seems to genuinely care about the clients we help.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is the people I work with and the participants.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is just that a team. Everyone works together and if something needs covered it will be covered without any complaints. We work together to do what is best for the client.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I struggle to find something positive because with almost every medicine I need I have to argue with the insurance to try and cover it. At this time, there are two medications that I need that if the company that makes them would not help with payment I would be having severe difficulties.
