Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is not acknowledgement or incentive to be the best.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
staff the facility at 100 percent and to include the supervisors who seem to be overwhelmed with work duties
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the supervisors/superiors often let the employees' fin for themselves. sink or swim situation and often posted alone in a 100 man dorm. supervisors never respond to your posted area when asked for assistance. its sad that most employees have nothing good to say, and moral is very low.
